Random Day Review


  • Nite before, stayed up late. Took care of Ella and installed new toilet valve system. broke boxes down, took trash cans out. Tracy asleep.
  • in morning Woke up and washed Ella, then changed diaper
  • Tracy planned to work in the yard and on xmas tree - since a warm day.
  • Then I vacuumed upstairs
  • Made coffee, unloaded dishwasher, loaded items
  • Spoke with Ralf for approx hour
  • Tracy went back to bed late morning
  • I went outside, onto roof and started painting chimny structure. Took me until 1.30pm.
  • Tracy woke up.
  • I went back outside and with ladder painted rest of trim reachable with shorter ladder. Finished around 5.30pm (dark). Cleaned everything up, put ladders away, brought in trash cans. 
  • Got in car to shop at aldi for lettuce for for our leftover spaghetting dinner.
  • Cooked the pasta, made salad, Tracy was back in bed asleep.
  • Tracy came down, ate pasta, put plate on counter and went back to sleep.


-She did work on one section of xmas tree during the day (approx <20 minutes of effort). She's been working on tree assembly (and only that) since Saturday, Dec 2
-OBX unpacked items (hers) still in garage on floor or in green back in master bedroom.
-Halloween items still not put away. I previously removed and washed ghost sheets, Tracy did throw away pumpkins and remove door stickers. Other items still on dining room table.

Another Missed Play Session at Cornerstone

Day before yesterday, same deal as usual.   Thought it was at 10.30am. Started getting Ella ready.  I gave her a bath, fed her food. Then discovered it was at 11.30. Tracy starts getting ready (doing something).   By 12.30pm no one ready to go so Tracy says.....I'll do this tomorrow. To date, Tracy has never been able (on her own) to take Ella to a Play Session. Today was another try, but Ella fell asleep. Next try is tomorrow at 6.30pm.

Kiev Trip Aug 2018

Unable to prep or pack for our trip. I spent three days prepping so there were no issues. We both agreed to be packed one full day in advance. As usual, Tracy was a crazy maniac, hyper, emotional. ranting, and then sleeping on an off......all the way until  the morning we had to leave for the flight. I stayed up late, getting everything I could packed for Ella (assuming Tracy may not be coming). On the trip - Tracy was in Bed in some depressed mood about 20% of the time. She also drank large amounts of vodka - maybe 1/2 gallon. She drank it, then would go to the store and buy more.  I finally said...what's in your backpack....? and sure enough she bought vodka and kept it in her bag. Who knows how much she drank.
