This month we had our annual checkups and we recently got the our blood panel results. See results below. They're well past norms.  Based on the table on the bottom, it appears that it's caused by alcohol. NOW, Tracy says she may be drinking too much.  She denied over and over that she was drinking large amounts (from Vodka bottles, from OBX Bourbon, etc).   Now maybe she has. Tracy has this characteristic of vehemently denying her actions and then once proven - she seems to forget that past history of denial - which causes lots of problems. Add blogs for all of the pictures added to ETOE. They're mostly at the top (so older ones). Vodka,  office,  sleeping in crib,  ella smoothered in bed.  bourbon at beach (at to existing) etc..... 3 months to unpack suitcase from OBX

Tracy seems to have a habit of not staying on top of Ella.  Many cases where Ella's crying (Ralf can confirm this from his visit) which can be resolved easily. Other issue is she doesn't change her diaper during her "Watch".  If we ask her about it she'll say she's changed it or changed it X times. Multiple times (Ralf can confirm many during his visit) it's just not true.  On this day, I left early for the gym + went to grocery store + home depot (I think I returned paint gun that day).  So I was gone for awhile 3+ hours. When I got back Ella's diaper was massively full.  Her feces ended up eating thru her skin (see red area) resulting in bad diaper rash that lasted well over a week. After this, I took special care to always check her - even when in the car of tracy and make sure it was clean and had a good layer of diaper cream. Jeanie/wayno took ella after this for two nights.
